You are expected to turn design intent into working, stable integrations, proactively reduce operational risk, and help the team improve how we build and run integrations.\nYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign and implement complex integrations across middleware and event-driven platforms\nOwn end-to-end implementation quality: integration patterns, mappings, error handling, retries, security and auth, scalability, and operability readiness\nPerform high-signal design and code/config reviews to ensure maintainability, performance, and consistency with standards\nMentor other engineers through practical guidance: pairing, design walkthroughs, review feedback, and troubleshooting patterns\nSupport production troubleshooting and escalations; prioritize root-cause fixes over workarounds\nCollaborate with Architects and Product to clarify requirements, resolve constraints, and shape implementable solution\nEnsure reliable operation of business-critical services by meeting agreed SLAs, optimizing performance and availability, and driving rapid incident resolution with a strong focus on incident & ticket volume reduction and MTTR reduction\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production systems, leveraging operational insights, automation, and root cause analysis to enhance service stability, resilience, and user experience\nARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.\n5+ years in integration engineering or software engineering with strong integration exposure\nHands-on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP/OData) and messaging/event-driven integration concepts\nExperience with an integration platform such as SAP CPI or equivalent (MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, etc.)\nScripting for integrations - Groovy, JavaScript, or similar\nStrong troubleshooting mindset and ability to communicate clearly across engineering, product, and operations\nExcellent problem-solving and debugging skills.\nExcellent spoken and written English\nCommunication, organizational and analytical skills\nNice to Have:\nExperience with API gateways, event streaming (Kafka / Event Mesh), and observability practices (monitoring, logging, alerting)\nStrong CI/CD discipline, automated quality gates, and release readiness practices\nExperience with delivery tooling (Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow) and agile delivery frameworks\nExperience mentoring or formally leading junior or mid-level engineers\nABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:\nWe are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
