If you're passionate about financial strategy and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to have you on our team.\nYour key responsibilities:\nFinancial ownership for the assigned category or channel in line with the operating model and internal governance.\nBusiness partnering and proactive collaboration with commercial teams to actively monitor budgets, financial performance, and key profitability drivers.\nProfitability planning & analysis during BP/RE cycles, including pricing strategies, commercial policies and optimization of profitability through mix management (packages, brands, channels, and territories).\nOperational planning & forecasting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business assumptions.\nProfitability growth support through insightful reporting, variance analysis, and identification of risks and opportunities.\nMarket evaluations for new market entries, initiatives, and commercial proposals.\nNegotiations support for key customers through evaluation of commercial initiatives and supporting decision making.\nWorking capital & cash flow analysis, with a clear understanding of category management impacts.Projects participation in cross-functional teams or leading projects in finance.\nAudit support, ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial standards.\nContinuous improvement of reporting tools and processes to support key business indicators and decision-making.\nAd-hoc financial analysis to support management and commercial decision-making.\nAre these your secret ingredients?\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, controlling, or FP&A, preferably within a commercial sector or multinational company.\nFinance or accounting certifications (ACCA, CIMA etc.) are a plus.\nProficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.\nAdvanced knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP HANA).\nExperience or strong interest in advanced reporting and data tools (Power Query, Power BI, or similar).\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.\nHigh level of accuracy, ownership and attention to detail.\nProactive and improvement-oriented mindset, with enthusiasm for developing new reporting solutions, improving processes and procedures, and continuously strengthening technical skills.\nFluent English (written and spoken).\nAbout your new team:\nWe are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
