You will work closely with developers, product owners, and scrum masters in an Agile environment to test and validate new features, report defects, and contribute to continuous improvement.\nYOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign, document, and execute manual test cases based on business and technical requirements.\nValidate new features and user stories through functional, integration, and regression testing.\nIdentify, log, and track defects using defect management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide guidance to business users during testing phases.\nCollaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.\nContribute to updating and maintaining testing documentation and best practices.\nLearn and support test automation initiatives (Playwright, TypeScript, or similar), assisting automation engineers where applicable.\nEnsure test progress, risks, and issues are clearly reported.\nEnsure reliable operation of business-critical services by meeting agreed SLAs, optimizing performance and availability, and driving rapid incident resolution with a strong focus on incident & ticket volume reduction and MTTR reduction\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production systems, leveraging operational insights, automation, and root cause analysis to enhance service stability, resilience, and user experience\nARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n+7 years of experience in software testing (manual testing required, automation knowledge is a plus).\nFamiliarity with software development and Agile methodologies.\nSAP knowledge.\nBasic understanding of defect management and test case management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nGood communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural, collaborative environment.\nCuriosity and willingness to learn automation testing tools and techniques.\nExposure to automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, or similar).\nISTQB Foundation Level Certification.\nAwareness of FMCG commercial business processes.\nExperience with Promo/Trade Promotion Management systems (e.g., SAP TPM, Accenture CG Cloud TPM, Xtel).\nTeam-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced Agile environment.\nStrong ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn.\nCollaborative mindset with good communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.\nContinuous improvement and self-development mindset.\nABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:\nWe are a family of 33 thousand engaged people.
