This role ensures successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and SPM, focusing on configuration over coding while adhering to platform best practices and technical standards.\nThe ServiceNow Engineer will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and developers to translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions. Additionally, this role will contribute to automation initiatives, platform enhancements, and process improvements to drive operational efficiency.\nThis position reports to the ServiceNow Technical Lead and collaborates with Senior ServiceNow Engineer to enhance platform capabilities and ensure maintainability.\nYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nServiceNow Configuration & Implementation:\nConfigure and customize ServiceNow applications to align with business processes and ITSM best practices.\nDesign, build, and deploy custom AI agents and agentic workflows using AI Agent Studio and related ServiceNow AI capabilities.\nDevelop and configure custom Now Assist skills for incidents, knowledge, catalog, change, and agent-assist use cases.\nDesign prompt structures, tool orchestration, context handling, and guardrails for reliable enterprise AI behavior.\nImplement Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Workflows to enhance platform functionality.\nSupport Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, and CMDB maintenance, ensuring accurate and reliable data.\nAssist in integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.\nEnsure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with IT governance and security policies.\nProcess Optimization & Automation:\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Orchestration.\nSupport data quality initiatives and maintain CMDB integrity to improve system reliability.\nParticipate in ServiceNow upgrade testing, ensuring platform compatibility with new releases.\nDocumentation & Knowledge Sharing:\nMaintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, test cases, and process workflows.\nSupport user training and knowledge sharing to improve platform adoption.\nContribute to internal best practices and governance documentation.\nContinuous Improvement & Learning:\nStay updated with ServiceNow platform releases and industry trends, proactively identifying areas for enhancement.\nWork towards ServiceNow certifications and expand technical expertise.\nEngage in learning opportunities and technical mentoring from senior team members.\nTechnical Collaboration & Support:\nWork closely with business analysts and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical configurations.\nCollaborate with Senior Engineers and Developers to implement ServiceNow enhancements.\nTroubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues, ensuring platform stability and performance.\nAssist in testing, validation, and deployment of ServiceNow updates and new functionalities.\nEnsure reliable operation of business-critical services by meeting agreed SLAs, optimizing performance and availability, and driving rapid incident resolution with a strong focus on incident & ticket volume reduction and MTTR reduction.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production systems, leveraging operational insights, automation, and root cause analysis to enhance service stability, resilience, and user experience.\nARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?\n1-3 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and implementation.\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Assistant Designer, AI Search, or related conversational AI features.\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.\nExperience with prompt design, response testing, output quality validation, and AI feature hardening for production use.\nHands-on experience in ITSM and exposure to HRSD, CSM, or SPM is a plus.\nFamiliarity with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.\nUnderstanding of ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to follow structured development guidelines.\nFluent in English (verbal and written), with good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:\nWe are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
