The Solution Architect works closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, product teams, and vendors to ensure high-quality outcomes across the product lifecycle.\nYOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSolution Architecture & Design\nDefine end-to-end ServiceNow solution architectures for assigned products and value streams, covering process, data, integration, security, and UX. \nTranslate business and functional requirements into clear, implementable solution designs aligned with Enterprise Architecture and ServiceNow platform standards. \nApply and validate platform architecture patterns and guardrails defined by the Platform Architect; escalate design decisions with platform-wide impact as required. \nProduce and maintain architecture artefacts, including: \nSolution and component architecture diagrams \nIntegration and data flow diagrams \nData models and sequencing \nEnvironment and security considerations\nReview and validate solution designs proposed by vendors and delivery teams, ensuring architectural integrity and reuse.\nProduct Lifecycle & Delivery Support\nSupport Product Managers across the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap definition through delivery, release, and optimization.\nContribute to backlog prioritization and PI planning by clarifying architectural dependencies, sequencing, and effort estimation.\nDefine and validate non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, availability).\nAct as an architectural escalation point during delivery, supporting trade-off decisions between speed, cost, quality, and sustainability.\nPlatform Governance & Quality Assurance\nEnsure solution designs comply with Enterprise Architecture principles and ServiceNow platform standards.\nParticipate in design reviews, quality gates, and go-live readiness assessments. \nPromote reuse, simplification, and standardization to reduce architectural and technical debt. \nEnsure solutions are operable, supportable, and aligned with platform reliability and availability objectives. \nSupport DevSecOps practices and release management standards to enable reliable production releases. \nIntegration & Data Architecture \nDesign and govern solution-level integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers. \nEnsure consistency of solution data models with Enterprise and Platform data standards. \nDefine integration and data flow designs that ensure reliability, traceability, and security. \nCollaborate with Platform Architecture on cross-solution integration patterns and data governance. \nCollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement\nAct as a trusted architectural advisor to Product Managers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams. \nWork closely with the Platform Architect to balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform sustainability. \nCollaborate with ServiceNow Technical Leads and developers to ensure solution designs are correctly implemented. \nPartner with vendors to validate approaches and ensure compliance with agreed architectural principles. \nCommunicate complex architectural concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. \nARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. \n4+ years of experience in solution architecture, platform architecture, or senior technical roles. \nStrong experience designing and delivering solutions on the ServiceNow platform. \nHands-on exposure to ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, and custom applications. \nExperience working in complex, multinational environments with multiple stakeholders and vendors. \nSolid understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts and integration patterns. \nStrong solution architecture expertise on the ServiceNow platform, including data models, integrations, security, and scalability. \nHands-on experience designing and governing integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers) and aligning solutions with Enterprise Architecture standards. \nSolid understanding of ITIL, service management processes, and DevSecOps / CI-CD delivery models. \nExcellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into implementable solution designs. \nServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, Implementation Specialist, Application Developer) and/or Enterprise Architecture certification (e.g. TOGAF). \nABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:\nWe are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
