Our success comes from us working together as one team to make a positive difference for the local communities we serve.\nAbout your new Job:\nAs a Trainee Business Developer, you will:\nEnsure business continuity by substituting and shadowing Business Developers in your Area Sales Manager’s (ASM) team.\nManage customer relationships, drive sales, and secure excellent in-store execution following Business Developer’s guidance.\nAdapt quickly to different routes, priorities, and customer needs, making you a valuable partner to both the company and our clients.\nGain hands-on experience and relevant commercial capabilities that prepare you for future appointments into a Business Developer role through specialized internal academies.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nVisit customers daily, alongside another Business Developer to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.\nExecute sales activities, merchandising standards, and activations, ensuring brand visibility and availability according to Business Developer’s guidance.\nSupport the market with insights by collecting and sharing customer information.\nManage company assets placed in customer locations responsibly.\nUse our digital tools to access real-time insights and maximize effectiveness in the field.\nCollaborate with your Sales Team Leader (STL), ASM, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Trade Marketing) to deliver results.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nUniversity degree (AEI/TEI or equivalent).\nPrevious experience in sales, Horeca or in small retail will be considered an advantage.\nValid driving license.\nAvailability and flexibility to move across territories within your assigned ASM area.\nAbility to work independently, always focusing on customer needs.\nStrong results orientation, passion for sales, and ambition to grow your career.\nHow We Will Support You:\nWe will equip you with clear guidelines for market activation and best-in-class sales tools, enabling you to monitor your work and understand your progress.\nYou will continuously develop your selling skills through our Sales Academies, gaining access to the latest techniques and best practices in sales.\nOur goal is to create the right environment in which all our employees will feel that they belong to a big family and will have the opportunity to be inspired and develop continuously.
