You'll work closely with the engineering and operations teams to maintain peak robot performance while also providing critical feedback that helps shape future hardware improvements.\nThis position is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and takes pride in getting things right the first time.\n A Day in the Life\nPrepare and inspect robots for each shift\n\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues\n\nCollaborate with engineers to test new functionalities\n\nDeploy and support robot fleets across active markets\n\nConduct routine inspections and log performance data\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAssemble, maintain, and repair robot hardware\n\nDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues\n\nTrack recurring issues and contribute to hardware improvements\n\nEnsure robots meet safety and operational standards before deployment\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance\n\nBasic Qualifications\nHands-on experience in robotics, electronics, bike shops, or similar environments\n\n2+ years of technical experience in diagnostics, repair, or maintenance\n\nFamiliarity with mechanical and electrical systems\n\nAbility to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation\n\nAbility to lift 40 lbs\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate degree or equivalent technical experience in robotics or engineering\n\nExperience with semi-autonomous robotic systems\n\nSkilled in diagnostic tools and performance tracking\n\nComfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for reporting\n\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills\n\nAbout the Team\nYou’ll be part of a passionate, collaborative group that values innovation, hustle, and teamwork.
