Ensure resources are allocated efficiently and projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards\nCollaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to align on goals, define priorities, drive execution from OKRs to day-to-day delivery, and communicate progress, risks, and technical direction\nOversee the utilisation of modern platforms and technologies, ensuring they are leveraged effectively to maximise the value the engineering teams deliver.\nOur Tech Stack: AWS, Next.js, React Native, NestJS, GraphQL, Typescript, Gitlab, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DBT, Playwright, Postman, Jest, etc.\nWhat you have\nPassion for building great products and solving complex engineering challenges\n10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in a technical leadership role (Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar)\nStrong hands-on experience designing, building, and operating large-scale production systems, with the ability to write and review high-quality code\nSolid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, data technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL, message queues), and cloud platforms such as AWS\nData driven mindset with the ability to analyze information, make informed decisions, and continuously improve team productivity in an agile environment\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and people leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams\nCurious and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
