You’ll analyse current and future business processes, translate business needs into clear requirements for approved SAP enhancements, and support the testing and implementation of system changes. Alongside this, you’ll provide second-level support to UK users, helping resolve issues and ensuring business process systems operate effectively.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nGather and facilitate business process discussions, solution design and documentation, configuration, test, and end-user support.\nProvide inputs in promoting and implementing best-practice solutions (business processes and SAP functionality); proactively address problems and troubleshoot Project issues.\nEnsure any changes made to the system follow the change control processes.\nCollaborate with the business areas to define business needs and gather requirements that meet business goals and objectives to implement system solutions and translate those business requirements into SAP based business solutions and ensure an ultimately working solution in SAP or third party applications.\nCollaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.\nContribute to strategy sessions and help guide business management in their use of SAP and Work with department leadership to create an open dialog to determine issues and derive enhancement priorities.\nWork with department leadership to create an open dialog to determine issues and derive enhancement priorities and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval.\nContinually scout for business process improvements and support the business in attaining the highest levels of productivity.\nWalk customer through problem-solving process and follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.\nImplement SAP system solutions utilising the system development lifecycle and project management methodologies by utilising change management methodology and to ensure the appropriate documentation is complete to implement system changes.\nTroubleshoot SAP business process in the MM, SD or PP modules as well as interfaces, providing resolution and improvements as required.\nAssist with troubleshooting Functional and Technical SAP issues and assist in developing and maintain functional requirement specifications, test scripts/documentation and provide training as required.\nAbout You\nDegree level qualification or minimum 7yrs Industry knowledge.\nPrevious experience working in SAP in a customer facing role (minimum 3 years’ experience).\nPrevious experience working in a manufacturing environment.\nBroad understanding of SAP functional areas, in particular Fi-CO, SD and MM.\nPrevious experience in training business users in ERP applications.\nPersonal attributes\nAbility to work independently.\nEffective time management skills.\nExcellent problem solving and analysis skills.\nAbility to travel throughout the region on a regular and ongoing basis.\nFlexible and adaptable approach.\nDemonstrated practical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.\nWell-developed interpersonal and communication skills.\nAble to prioritise competing demands.\nTeam player.\nSelf motivated.\nBenefits and Culture\nOur culture is supportive and collaborative.
