About the Role

As Chief of Staff to the President of DTC North America, you will turn strategic priorities into coordinated action across the U.S. business. Working in a high-trust partnership with the President, you will strengthen leadership decision-making, establish a clear operating rhythm, and ensure that critical commitments move from discussion to delivery.

This is a full-time role based in Ashburn, VA, reporting to the President, DTC North America. Domestic and international travel will be required as business needs arise.

Key Deliverables

  • Translate the President’s priorities into focused calendars, well-prepared engagements, clear decisions, and timely follow-up.
  • Establish a consistent cadence for leadership meetings, quarterly planning, business reviews, and major events; track ownership and actions to completion.
  • Bring together operating, program, financial, and risk information into accurate, concise, decision-ready reporting for U.S. leadership and authorized stakeholders.
  • Develop executive briefings, board-quality presentations, talking points, and communications that tell a clear and compelling business story.
  • Coordinate work across functions, locations, and global business units, identifying dependencies and raising risks or decisions early.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from analysis and recommendations through execution, while protecting sensitive information and observing security, export-control, and governance requirements.

About You

You bring substantial experience in business operations, strategy, program leadership, consulting, finance, or a comparable role, with a track record of supporting senior executives and delivering complex work across teams. You combine strong business and financial judgment with exceptional organization, written communication, and advanced computer skills. You can move confidently between strategic priorities and practical execution, build trust across functions and time zones, and raise difficult issues with discretion and sound judgment.

Experience in defense, aerospace, government contracting, technology, or another regulated environment is strongly preferred. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree or equivalent professional experience is valued.

U.S. citizenship is required and the successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Benefits and Culture

Our culture is supportive and collaborative. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where we share our ideas and innovation is strongly encouraged. We are looking for someone with genuine passion and a can-do attitude. Our staff receive 15 days accrued paid time off per year, 10 Federal holidays, an opportunity to join our sponsored health plan, a generous 401k plan with immediate vesting and a matching employer contribution, an Employee Assistance Program, and more.

Additionally, we offer flexible core working hours and we take a personal approach to training and development.
