We are well established across multiple markets such as military and defence, uncrewed vehicles such as drones, police and government, and broadcast technology.\nWhat will you be doing?\nBe the voice of the customer within DTC and drive the business to be excellent in the eyes of the customer.\nTo ensure sales orders, customer accounts and returns are efficiently and accurately loaded into the company’s MRP system and that communication internally and externally is proactive.\nThe provision of premium customer service to internal and external customers.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCustomer order administration & quotations:\nReceive and load customer purchase orders into company MRP system\nSupporting the sales seam with pipeline opportunities and quotations\nAttend the daily operations shipping meeting, taking on the voice of the customer to ensure all orders are on track to meet customer expectations\nProcess Customers’ requests for Return to Manufacturer Authorisations (RMA’s)\nRaise accurate customer RMA quotes for chargeable repairs & follow up to PO receipt\nCustomer Liaison:\nField customer enquiries, by phone & email\nProvide updates to customers / sales team on order and customer return progress\nEnsure customer enquiries are followed up\nSupport with the receipt and resolution of customer complaints and record keeping administration on business non-conformance system\nAttend required meetings that involve customer service/order subjects\nEngage in regular courtesy calls\nKey skills / experience\nDemonstrable experience working within a customer service/administration role, ideally in a supply chain / manufacturing sector.\nEducated to GCSE level or equivalent\nProven excellent written and communication skills\nGood level of numeracy skills\nEuropean language skills desirable\nMust be flexible and accommodating to last minute changes to support business and customer needs\nConversant with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)\nBusiness systems competent (ERP and MRP)\nExcellent written & verbal communication skills\nExperience of a customer service working environment\nAccuracy of processing data\nBenefits and Culture\nOur culture is supportive and collaborative.
