Working under the guidance of the Sales Operations Manager, the role helps maintain accurate information across Salesforce and the company’s ERP system and supports the smooth operation of key sales processes.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nSales Operations Support:\n\nCarry out routine checks to ensure data is complete, accurate and consistent\nAssist with price-book and product information updates\nProvide administration support for New Product Introduction and End of Life Processes\nMaintain sales operations procedures, user guides and supporting documentation\nSupport the testing and introduction of systems and process improvements\nSupport the maintenance of customer-specific pricing in Salesforce, ensuring changes are updated accurately and promptly\nSupport the monitoring and reporting of KPIs for specific customer groups, ensuring the underlying data remains accurate and up to date\nSupport the onboarding of new customers by coordinating required information, maintaining accurate system records, and liaising with relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely setup\nAssist with other sales operations activities and projects as required\nReporting and Data Analysis:\nCollect, organise and prepare sales information for reporting\nProduce regular reports covering pipeline, quotations, and general sales activity\nIdentify basic trends, patterns and data quality issues\nSupport the preparation of information and presentations for sales meetings and business reviews\nRespond to straightforward requests for sales data and information\nKey Skills Experience:\n\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work\nGood organisational and time management skills\nConfidence working with numbers and information\nClear written and verbal communication skills\nA positive, proactive and curious approach to learning\nAbility to follow established processes and manage routine tasks effectively\nAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments\nAn interest in sales operations, business systems and data analysis\nEducational qualifications required will vary depending upon career path, experience and technical skills\n\nBenefits and Culture\nOur culture is supportive and collaborative.
