Offers will be determined based on the successful candidate’s assessed skills, experience and qualifications.\nAbout the Role\nAs Senior Director, Global Finance Operations, you will be a senior member of Zetron’s finance leadership team, responsible for strengthening the consistency, discipline and effectiveness of Finance across our global business. The role combines finance operations, controllership, process improvement, systems enablement and commercial decision support, with an initial focus on North America.\nYou will work closely with regional Finance leaders, FP&A, Codan and the wider business to strengthen controls, simplify processes, improve systems and data, and provide high-quality analysis to support decisions. Regional Finance leaders will retain ownership of regional results and close, while FP&A will continue to lead planning, forecasting and performance analysis. An important early focus will be turning recent finance and systems review work into practical improvements across SAP, CRM, automation, data and core finance processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead priority finance process, operating model and systems improvements, translating identified opportunities into clear actions and measurable outcomes.\nCoordinate the cross-regional elements of monthly and year-end close and consolidated reporting, working with regional Finance leaders who retain accountability for their results.\nStrengthen the control environment, balance sheet integrity, reconciliation discipline and accounting consistency, and support the resolution of audit or control matters.\nServe as a senior point of contact for Codan on detailed financial results, accounting matters, variance explanations and technical accounting questions.\nImprove the use of SAP, CRM, automation and consistent data to reduce manual work and improve the quality and timeliness of financial information.\nEmbed clearer accountability and more consistent finance practices across regions, working collaboratively with regional Finance teams and shared services.\nPartner with Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations on pricing, margins, contracts, investments, working capital and major commercial risks, alongside regional Finance leaders and FP&A.\nSupport business integrations and other strategic initiatives, and lead change through influence across functions and geographies.\nAbout You\nYou are an experienced senior finance leader who is comfortable moving between financial detail and broader business issues. You have worked in a multi-entity or international environment and bring strong capability across controllership, finance operations, financial reporting, process improvement and internal controls. You are commercially minded, confident working with senior stakeholders and have a track record of leading change through influence.\nStrong ERP and systems capability is important, with SAP experience highly desirable. A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field is expected, with a CA, CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
