We do so by providing unmatched integrated tactical communications solutions that help further our national security objectives.\nThis position has an hourly pay range of $23.00-$30.00, depending on experience.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Warehouse Team Member, you will support the receiving, storage, packing and shipment of goods and customer orders. Working with the operations team, you will help ensure materials move accurately and efficiently through the warehouse to meet production needs and customer delivery commitments.\nThis is a permanent, full-time role based in Vancouver, reporting to the Inventory Supervisor.\nKey Deliverables\nReceive, unpack, pack and ship goods from internal and external suppliers.\nCoordinate with transport drivers on deliveries, collections, loading and unloading.\nVerify, weigh and consolidate orders for shipment, checking goods against delivery documentation.\nProcess goods receipts and stock movements to support production demand.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and transactions in the ERP system, in line with company policies and procedures.\nCarry out inventory counts and investigate discrepancies in line with established procedures.\nWork with other departments to deliver quality products to internal and external customers.\nAbout You\nYou have experience in a warehouse or operations environment and take a practical, hands-on approach to your work. You can manage your tasks independently while working closely with colleagues to meet shared priorities. You are willing to cross-train and assist other departments when needed.\nYou bring strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling inventory, processing transactions and preparing shipments.
