AI Developer Fluent English

• Design and implement backend services, APIs, data models, integrations, and business logic.
• Build and maintain application features using TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, SQL, and modern web/backend frameworks.
• Work with system and business analysts to turn workflows and requirements into technical designs.
• Participate in selected client discussions to clarify requirements, understand real operating workflows, support UAT, and explain technical behavior.
• - Read existing codebases and build an accurate model of how they actually work before changing them.
• Use coding agents to accelerate implementation, debugging, testing, refactoring, investigation, and documentation.
• Break work into bounded, well-specified tasks that both humans and coding agents can execute reliably.
• Review AI-generated code critically rather than accepting it because it compiles or passes a superficial test.
• Design relational schemas, queries, indexes, constraints, and migrations.
• Build safe integrations between APIs, databases, files, third-party systems, and AI services.

Qualifications

• Roughly 1–3 years of software-development experience, or equivalent demonstrated ability
• Good programming fundamentals in at least one backend-capable language.
• Working understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to read unfamiliar code and reason about what it is doing.
• Ability to explain design choices rather than saying only that an approach “works.”
• Curiosity about trade-offs, failure modes, and architecture.
• Habit of testing and verifying your own assumptions.
• Comfort using AI coding tools, or strong willingness to adopt an agent-native way of working.
• Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, analysts, and occasionally client users.
• Strong learning velocity and willingness to enter unfamiliar domains.
