This is an opportunity to work with an incredible team who is passionate about what they do and to learn about all aspects of HR alongside the Generalists.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nPrepare and maintain HR reporting, data entry, record keeping and analysis, as directed by the CPO or HR generalists \nAssist the HR generalists in onboarding new hires\nComplete I-9 forms and verify I-9 documentation\nSchedule all exit interviews\nSupport data tracking related to performance reviews\nMaintain active and terminated employee files according to regulatory requirements\nAssist or lead ad hoc HR special projects in partnership with the CPO and/or HR Generalists\nWork with an incredible team who is passionate about what they do and willing to teach and train\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\nCritical attention to detail while multitasking\nA flexible, positive and proactive mindset that flourishes in a fast-paced agency environment\nStrong to Advanced Excel and technical skills, and comfort managing spreadsheets and data\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nPassion for HR and problem solving\nExperience working in G Suite by Google (Gmail, Google Calendars, Google Sheets)\nABOUT US\nBorn in 2001, Code and Theory is a digital-first creative agency that sits at the center of creativity and technology.
