This role combines deep business knowledge of financial instrument data with strong technical capabilities to identify inefficiencies, redesign processes, and implement scalable automation solutions.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across Switzerland, Spain, the UK, and Poland, contributing directly to strategic transformation objectives and operational excellence initiatives.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology, data, and business process improvement to deliver measurable business impact.\nWhat You Will Do\nAnalyze existing business and data processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.\n\nDesign and implement future-state solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality.\n\nTranslate business requirements into practical technical solutions.\n\nDrive transformation initiatives related to financial instrument data, reference data, corporate actions, and structured products.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.\n\nChallenge existing processes and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nSupport change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.\n\nEstablish controls and monitoring mechanisms to maintain data quality and operational excellence.\n\nContribute to strategic initiatives aimed at modernizing and enhancing Data Operations capabilities.\n\nWhat You Bring\nStrong business knowledge of financial instrument data, namely related to: corporate action, reference data, structured products\n\nExperience translating business requirements into operational and technical solutions.\n\nStrong process automation and transformation experience.\n\nHands-on experience with Databricks (mandatory).\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nSelf-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.\n\n3-5 years of relevant experience in data transformation, process improvement, financial data operations, or related fields.\n\nExperience with: Python, SQL, other automation or programming languages\n\nExperience with business process redesign and operational transformation initiatives\n\nEnglish (C1 level or higher)\n\nWhat We Offer\nHybrid model up to 40% working from home\n\nPrivate Medical care and life insurance\n\nMeal, transportation and electricity allowance\n\nSport card\n\nCinema tickets, Benefit System points\n\nUp to 20 days working from abroad / Day for U\n\nAccess to technical and language learning platforms\n\nApply to SIX.\nThe application form is on the company's own site.\nApply on jobs.six-group.comHiring engineers?
