By working with our Warsaw office, you will help shape scalable, data-driven products used across our markets, working with a modern tech stack and international teams to continuously improve how people discover, order, and enjoy HelloFresh’s products, today and in the future.\nAbout the role: What's in the Box\nOur HelloTech organisation is HelloFresh Group's global technology backbone - more than 1,000 people building the digital products and internal platforms that power our end-to-end food experience. As part of the IT team in Warsaw, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our Google Workspace environment running smoothly for employees across the Group.\nYou'll act as the escalation point for tricky Workspace issues, help colleagues get the most out of the tools they use every day (including the AI features built into Workspace), and continuously look for ways to make support faster and more self-service.\nWhat You'll Do: The Recipe\nServe as the primary escalation point for L2 Google Workspace queries - Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sites, Meet, and related core services.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex, non-standard user issues, ensuring fast and clear communication back to the requester.\n\nSupport employees in adopting Gemini for Google Workspace - answering questions, sharing best practices, and helping teams get productivity value out of AI-assisted features in Gmail, Docs, Slides, and Meet.\n\nHandle day-to-day data support tasks: restoring files and folders, and transferring file ownership when employees leave or change teams.\n\nAnalyse recurring ticket trends and propose improvements to support processes, SOPs, and self-service documentation.\n\nWrite and maintain clear internal documentation and knowledge base articles for both end users and fellow IT staff.\n\nLiaise with Google support and other third-party vendors on issues that need escalation beyond L2.\n\nWhat You'll Bring: The Ingredients\nHard skills\n2-4+ years of hands-on experience administering Google Workspace in a production environment, ideally at mid-level scope.\n\nStrong working knowledge of Google Workspace's core apps (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sites, Meet) and their admin-side configuration, sharing settings, and IAM controls.\n\nPractical experience with user- and group-level administration - provisioning, org units, and account lifecycle management.\n\nWorking understanding of email fundamentals: DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), routing, and IMAP/SMTP concepts.\n\nProfessional Google Workspace Administrator Certification (required).\n\nGenuine interest in and hands-on familiarity with Gemini and other AI features in Google Workspace - you're comfortable exploring new AI tooling and helping others adopt it.\n\nSoft skills\nAdvanced Problem-Solving: Demonstrates strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.\n\nExcellent Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.\n\nStrong Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other IT personnel.\n\nTime Management: Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and business impact.\n\nWhat We Offer: The Toppings\nGlobal collaboration at scale: Collaborate with experienced engineers and product partners across HelloTech's international teams, in a culture of active knowledge sharing.\n\nTechnology with real-world impact: Build and operate modern systems at global scale, supporting 6+ millions of customers and complex supply chain operations.\n\nTechnical/Product/Design leadership: Drive best practices and influence architecture/design, quality, and ways of working in an autonomous, product-led setup.\n\nEnd-to-end development/delivery: Drive decisions from problem definition to production, improving systems and enabling long-term scalability.\n\nAccess to workspace at Warsaw centre.
