As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.\nHERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:\nLWC & Apex - advanced hands-on development, async processing, governor limits, design patterns (e.g., fflib)\n\nDeclarative platform - Flows, validation rules, approval processes; knowing when to go code vs. config\n\nData modelling & SOQL/SOSL - scalable schema design, query selectivity, indexing, performance tuning\n\nSharing & visibility - OWD, role hierarchy, sharing rules and their data-access implications\n\nAPIs & integrations - REST/SOAP, Connected Apps, Named Credentials, OAuth flows\n\nCI/CD & DevOps tooling - source-driven development (SFDX), pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps / Copado), code quality gates (PMD, SonarQube)\n\nSF CLI - daily usage for metadata ops, org management, scripting\n\nPackaging - unlocked/managed packages for modular and multi-team delivery\n\nRelease readiness - understanding of 3×/year release cycle, sandbox preview testing, impact mitigation\n\nTechnical leadership - proven experience leading a development team: code reviews, technical mentoring, task delegation, enforcing coding standards and best practices\n\nCertifications - min. 2 (Platform Developer I mandatory)\n\nBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:\nAwareness of Salesforce product ecosystem, licensing model, and security features (Shield, Encryption)\n\nExposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), identity concepts (SSO, MFA), and environment strategies\n\nExperience with SF-integrated products (DocuSign, Conga, CPQ)\n\nResearch indicates that some candidates, especially the most diverse ones, may hesitate to apply for positions if they don't meet all requirements.
