You work as an individual contributor and reporting to our Head of GTM (go-to-market).\nSuccess is measured on:\nOutbound-sourced pipeline (€): pipeline value created from outbound activities\nConverted pipeline (€): closed-won revenue from outbound-sourced deals\nConcrete targets will be set based on your experience and seniority.\nWHAT YOU DO\nBuild an AI-assisted outbound engine, automating research, lead scoring and reporting with Claude and HubSpot\nPersonally engage key accounts through calls, LinkedIn, video and events\nQualify meetings and hand them over to our Account Executives with full context\nTest new plays every week and document what works\nWHO YOU ARE\n2-5 years of B2B SaaS outbound (e.g. SDR/BDR) with your own pipeline results\nExperience with AI-assisted workflows and CRM tools, ideally HubSpot\nStrong outbound copywriting and a data-driven way of working\nFluent German and English\nNice to have:\nAdvanced Claude skills, tools like Clay or Sales Navigator, and experience as a first outbound hire at a startup are a plus.\nWHAT TO EXPECT\nHybrid Work & Freedom | We strongly believe that every work environment needs to be ideal and fitted to the person.
