The team is diverse, multinational, and driven by a strong vision for inclusive growth, with operations across three continents and a workforce of over 2,700 professionals.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupporting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and administering PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and CockroachDB production environments.\nDesigning and managing database infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible following Infrastructure-as-Code principles.\nIntegrating database provisioning, schema migrations, and maintenance processes into automated CI/CD workflows.\nManaging high-availability and disaster recovery solutions, including replication, sharding, and distributed database architectures.\nTroubleshooting performance issues and optimizing queries, indexing strategies, and database scalability.\nImplementing automation for patching, upgrades, backups, and recovery processes.\nEnsuring strong data security practices, including access control, encryption, and compliance requirements.\nDeveloping scripts and automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong hands-on experience managing PostgreSQL and MongoDB in production environments.\nExperience or strong understanding of CockroachDB and distributed SQL architectures.\nSolid DevOps background, including Terraform, Ansible, Git/GitLab, and CI/CD automation.\nStrong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for database and infrastructure automation.\nDeep knowledge of database performance tuning, scaling, and high-availability strategies.\nStrong understanding of Linux/Unix environments and containerized workloads.\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
