This role is ideal for someone who understands the financial services ecosystem and the software challenges facing engineering organizations. You’ll quarterback engagements from introduction through technical evaluation, commercial close and expansion - working closely with Solutions, Product and Engineering.\nOwn the deal: run the full motion from first conversation through signature: proof of value, paid integration, production. You are accountable for new business, revenue, and expansion across your accounts, and you carry each deal through internal review and approval to get it done.\n\nBuild the map: major financial institutions are collections of business lines and divisions, each with its own budget, priorities, and initiatives within a single account. Learn who owns which problems and how work gets funded, and position Code Metal to be brought into the initiatives our customers are already pursuing.\n\nEarn the expansion: start where a first mover is willing to move, deliver, and let trust compound. The relationships you build are what turn a first engagement into a lasting presence in the account.\n\nSell to an outcome: learn what each business line is being held to, whether that is speed to market, cost, performance, or risk, and sell to that outcome.
