This person will play a key role in architecting, automating, deploying, and maintaining cloud and hybrid infrastructure that supports both internal engineering and external customer deployments.\nAbout the Role\nIn this role, you will work closely with software, infrastructure, and security teams to enhance our platform capabilities across cloud and on-prem environments. You will focus on building scalable deployment patterns, improving automation, and enabling reliable and secure delivery across internal, customer-hosted, and regulated environments.\nCore Responsibilities\nDesign and implement cloud and hybrid infrastructure to support internal platforms and customer deployments.\n\nBuild and manage deployment automation across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.\n\nMaintain infrastructure-as-code repositories and deployment tooling using Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or similar tools.\n\nImplement monitoring, alerting, rollback, and recovery systems to improve platform reliability.\n\nPartner with infrastructure engineers to support hybrid connectivity and environment consistency.\n\nWork with security teams to implement guardrails, secrets management, and deployment hardening controls.\n\nSupport customer-hosted, air-gapped, on-prem, and government deployment requirements as needed.\n\nEnsure infrastructure and deployment processes are traceable, auditable, and aligned with compliance needs.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles.\n\nExperience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\nExperience automating infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or similar technologies.\n\nProficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\n\nExperience building and maintaining deployment workflows across cloud and on-prem environments.\n\nStrong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages.\n\nStrong understanding of networking, secrets management, environment design, and operational reliability.\n\nEligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting customer-hosted, regulated, or government deployment environments.\n\nFamiliarity with GitOps and deployment tools such as ArgoCD or similar platforms.\n\nExperience with observability tooling, incident response practices, and platform SRE concepts.\n\nKnowledge of compliance-oriented automation and auditability requirements.\n\nExperience working in hybrid environments that span SaaS and on-prem delivery models.\n\nExperience operating in multi-cloud environments, for example, Azure, AWS, or GCP.\n\nActive U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top-Secret)\n\nBenefits\nPay depends on experience, but we strive to be at the upper end of the salary range\n\nHealth care plan with 100% premium coverage, including medical, dental, and vision\n\n401k with 5% matching\n\nPaid Time Off (uncapped vacation, plus sick and public holidays)\n\nFlexible hybrid or remote work arrangement\n\nRelocation assistance for qualifying employees\n\nWage Transparency - The salary range for this role is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, individual proficiency, skills, experience, and location.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
