In this role, you will partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Solutions to advance Code Metal’s AI-powered code translation and verification platform.\nYou will work closely with technical and product leaders to translate strategic priorities into coordinated engineering programs, guide initiatives through the development lifecycle, and support successful end-to-end delivery. This role calls for technical fluency and the ability to navigate complex dependencies and tradeoffs while balancing near-term execution with long-term product and platform goals.\nAs the organization grows, you will also have the opportunity to shape how engineering programs are planned, executed, and scaled, helping build the foundation for continued innovation and product growth.\nCore Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs spanning research, engineering, infrastructure, and product development.\n\nPartner with Product and Engineering leaders to define program objectives, milestones, success criteria, and delivery expectations.\n\nDevelop and manage integrated execution plans, proactively addressing dependencies, risks, and shifting priorities.\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and tradeoffs, and help drive timely decisions across workstreams.\n\nDefine and track program metrics in partnership with teams, measuring progress, product quality, and technical readiness to inform decisions and improvements.\n\nIdentify recurring challenges and opportunities to build shared capabilities that strengthen the overall product and platform.\n\nCommunicate program progress, risks, and key decisions clearly to technical and business stakeholders.\n\nEstablish and refine program management practices that improve planning, coordination, accountability, and delivery predictability.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, leading complex, cross-functional software development programs.\n\nStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle, system architecture, and engineering practices.\n\nExperience supporting end-to-end product development, from proof of concept through production.\n\nProven experience leading cross-functional programs and managing dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.\n\nAbility to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive progress in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and leadership.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in AI/ML, developer tools, code transformation, or software platform technologies.\n\nExperience working on research-driven product development and translating emerging technologies into commercial products.\n\nExperience in a startup or high-growth technology company, contributing to the development and scaling of engineering execution practices.\n\nBenefits\nPay depends on experience, but we strive to be at the upper end of the salary range\n\nHealth care plan with 100% premium coverage, including medical, dental, and vision\n\n401k with 5% matching\n\nPaid Time Off (uncapped vacation, plus sick and public holidays)\n\nFlexible hybrid or remote work arrangement\n\nRelocation assistance for qualifying employees\n\nWage Transparency - The salary range for this role is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, individual proficiency, skills, experience, and location.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
