keeping priorities straight and the calendar under control\n\nYou coordinate meetings, prepare materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items\n\nYou work closely with the Founder’s Associate - supporting and learning from someone who owns the CEO Office day-to-day\n\nYou handle research requests and prepare concise, decision-ready summaries\n\nYou assist with travel coordination and expense reporting\n\nYou communicate with internal and external stakeholders on the CEO’s behalf\n\nYou support ongoing projects in areas like automation, digitalization, and process optimization\n\nYou take ownership of ad hoc tasks and jump in where needed\n\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nCurrently enrolled in a degree programme - ideally in business, management, economics, or a related field\n\nHighly organized, reliable, and discreet - you handle sensitive information with care\n\nStrong communicator in both German and English, written and spoken\n\nProactive mindset -
