development, deployment, and optimization of Generative AI solutions.\n\n- Design scalable architectures for LLM-powered applications using RAG, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.\n\n- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.\n\n- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embedding models and vector databases.\n\n- Design, evaluate, and fine-tune system and user prompts to improve response quality, accuracy, latency, and safety.\n\n- Implement model evaluation, versioning, monitoring, and MLOps practices to ensure reliability and performance.\n\n- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance GenAI applications in production environments.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.\n\n- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software design, development, and implementation.\n\n- Minimum 2 years of experience leading technical teams or complex software projects.\n\n- Strong programming expertise in Python and backend application development.\n\n- Extensive experience with Generative AI technologies and LLM-based application development.\n\n- Hands-on experience with LangChain, ADK (Agent Development Kit), Prompt Engineering, and AI evaluation
