initiatives.\n\n- Develop experimentation frameworks, hypotheses, success metrics, and test methodologies.\n\n- Perform statistical analysis to determine experiment significance, impact, and reliability.\n\n- Apply statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, sample sizing, and significance testing.\n\n- Partner with Product, Growth, and Data Science teams to translate insights into actionable business decisions.\n\n- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, retention, engagement, and other product metrics.\n\n- Monitor experiment results and identify opportunities for product and business optimization.\n\n- Ensure experimentation follows sound statistical and analytical practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 6+ years of relevant experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in A/B Testing and Multivariate Testing.\n\n- Experience in Product Experimentation, Growth Analytics, Data Science, or Applied Statistics.\n\n- Strong Statistical Analysis and experimentation concepts.\n\n- Experience with at least one experimentation/analytics platform: Firebase, Mixpanel, or Optimizely.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving
