on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.\n\nMandatory Skills :\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).\n\n- Experience in product development from scratch (startup experience is highly preferred).\n\n- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or leading a development team.\n\n- Strong knowledge of System Design and Scalable Architecture.\n\n- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.\n\n- Minimum 1 year of experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Codeium, Vercel AI, or similar.\n\n- Strong expertise in REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.\n\n- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.\n\n- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications using the MERN stack.\n\n- Build products from scratch, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.\n\n- Mentor, manage, and guide a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and timely delivery.\n\n- Design scalable system architecture, microservices, and RESTful APIs.\n\n- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.\n\n- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.\n\n- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control using Git.\n\n- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS and/or Azure.\n\n- Leverage AI-powered coding tools to improve development
