This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant to develop their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central while working alongside experienced consultants on a variety of client projects.\n\nIn this client-facing role, you will support the delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, assisting throughout the project lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution configuration through to testing, user training, go-live support, and post-implementation activities. You will collaborate closely with customers, project managers, senior consultants, and technical teams to help deliver solutions that align with client business objectives while developing your functional consulting and business process knowledge.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Delivery\nSupport the delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects under the guidance of Senior and Lead Consultants.\nAssist with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and process mapping activities.\nSupport solution configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.\nContribute to the preparation and maintenance of functional specifications and project documentation.\nAssist in executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nProvide post-implementation support and assist in resolving customer issues and queries.\nEscalate complex issues and risks to senior team members where appropriate.\nCustomer Engagement\nParticipate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and project meetings.\nBuild positive and professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.\nSupport the delivery of user training sessions and preparation of training materials.\nAssist with demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities where required.\nCommunicate project updates and progress effectively to team members and customers.\nSolution Development\nDevelop an understanding of customer business processes and how they align with Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality.\nSupport solution design activities by documenting business requirements and recommending standard system functionality.\nAssist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.\nContribute to solution documentation, configuration records, and knowledge-sharing activities.\nTeam Collaboration\nWork collaboratively with consultants, developers, project managers, and customer stakeholders.\nContribute positively to a supportive and knowledge-sharing team environment.\nTake ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery to a high standard.\nSeek feedback and actively participate in mentoring and development opportunities.\nGovernance & Quality\nEnsure all work is completed in accordance with Codec methodologies, quality standards, and customer requirements.\nMaintain accurate documentation of project activities, decisions, testing outcomes, and customer communications.\nAssist in identifying project risks, issues, and dependencies.\nAdhere practice, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n\nStrong interest in finance, business processes, ERP systems, and technology consulting.\nExposure to business systems, ERP applications, or digital transformation projects through work experience, internships, placements, or graduate programmes.\nUnderstanding of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, training, and go-live activities.\n1- 2 years' experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or similar ERP/business applications.\nBasic functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or NAV.\nExposure to one or more of the following functional areas: General Ledger (GL)\nFixed Assets (FA)\nAccounts Payable (AP/P2P)\nAccounts Receivable (AR/O2C)\nWorkflows\nInventory Management\nProject Management / Jobs\nRoles and Permissions\nConfiguration Packages\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication, organisational, and documentation skills.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\nHighly Desirable Skills & Experience\nExposure to Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV through academic projects, internships, placements, or professional experience.\nKnowledge of: Jet Reports\nContinia Document Capture\nContinia Expense Management\nPower BI\nPower Apps\nPower Automate\n\nExperience supporting customer workshops, demonstrations, training sessions, or project activities.\nUnderstanding of business processes across industries such as: Professional Services\nDistribution and Supply Chain\nManufacturing\nPublic Sector\nMulti-company or multi-currency organisations\n\nRelevant Microsoft certifications, or a willingness to work towards certification.\nDegree or qualification in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline.\nPersonal Skills\nConfident
