support.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementation projects.\nConduct high-level discovery sessions and demonstrations during pre-sales engagements.\nManage customer expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.\nAnalyse client business processes and requirements to design effective solutions.\nDevelop and document solution architectures and functional specifications.:\nProvide comprehensive training to users on Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV functionality.\nDeliver post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.\nIdentify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.\nProvide leadership and guidance to junior consultants and project team members.\nFoster a collaborative and supportive team environment.\nDelegate tasks effectively while ensuring accountability and quality.\nStay updated with the latest trends and developments in Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.\nIdentify and pursue opportunities for process improvements and innovation within projects\nEnsure all project activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.\nMaintain thorough documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Experience\n\n Essential skills & experience:\nLead Consultant with strong finance and business process skills acquired in a customer facing role\nStrong experience as a lead in complete project lifecycle to include requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design and architecture, user training, testing (SIT and UAT), data migration and go-live support.\nMinimum 4 years of experience with proven functional skills in Dynamics 365 Business Central and / or NAV.\nImplementation experience to include the following functionality within Dynamics NAV/Business Central: GL, FA, AP/P2P, AR/O2C, Workflows, Inventory management, Project Management/Jobs, Roles and permissions, and Config packages\nDelivering support to existing implementations and identifying opportunities with customers\n\nHighly desirable skills & experience:\n\nExperience in Jet reports, Continia Document Capture, Continia Expense Management, Power Platform (some knowledge of BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.)\nPre-sales engagement experience including initial high-level discovery and demonstrations,\nIndustry/project experience to include multi-company/multi-currency organisations, supply chain/distribution, manufacturing, contracting/professional services, public sector organisation.\n Personal skills\n\nConfident communicator/presenter with ability to manage customer/ stakeholder relationships\nComfortable leading workshops and working in a customer facing role\nAbility to delegate effectively while being responsible for delivery of the task\nTeam player who encourages and mentors other team members\nAct in an open and transparent manner\nHighly organised and strong documentation
