You will also act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape solution direction and drive platform adoption.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Delivery\nDesign, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform solutions across Customer Service, Sales, Case/Workflow Management, and custom line-of-business scenarios. \nBuild and enhance Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and PCF controls where required. \nImplement Dataverse data models, business rules, security roles, environment strategies, and ALM processes. \nWork with developers to deliver plug-ins, Azure Functions, logic apps, APIs, and integrations following best practices. \n\nClient Partnership & Consulting\nWork directly with business and technical stakeholders to shape requirements and solution approach. \nMaintain a trusted-advisor relationship, ensuring customers understand platform capabilities and roadmap. \nSupport pre-sales activities including solution design input, demonstrations, and proposal responses. \n\nDelivery Leadership\nSupport project planning, estimation, sprint planning, and quality assurance. \nMentor consultants and developers in solution design, configuration, and technical standards. \nIdentify delivery risks and help define mitigation strategies. \nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n Required:\n5+ years implementing Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform solutions. \nStrong hands-on configuration experience with: \nModel-Driven Apps & Dataverse \nPower Automate \nSecurity / Environment / Solution Management \nExperience designing or integrating Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management). \nSolid understanding of C# & .NET, Dataverse plugin development, JavaScript form customisation, and REST APIs. \nExperience working in Agile / sprint-based delivery. \nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. \n\n Advantageous (nice-to-have, not required):\nCopilot Studio / AI Builder / Intelligent Automation \nPower Pages design and governance \nPower Apps Component Framework (PCF) experience \nPower BI data modelling / dashboards \nExperience in regulated or public-sector delivery environments \nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD for Power Platform solutions (Pipelines / Git Repos) \nUnderstanding of Microsoft Fabric / Synapse / Data Lake architectures \n\n What You Bring\nYou combine technical depth with strong consulting and communication skills.
