Cybersecurity Detection & Defense - Monitoring & SIEM.\n\nAre you an experienced infrastructure and security technology leader who can bring together enterprise systems management, observability, cyber threat detection and infrastructure security?\n\nWe are looking for a Cybersecurity & Enterprise Systems Manager to join a global Enterprise System Management team supporting a complex, enterprise-scale technology environment.\n\nThis role sits at the intersection of Infrastructure + Monitoring + Automation + Cybersecurity.\n\nWhat you'll be responsible for:\n\n- Drive the strategy and roadmap for enterprise monitoring and system management capabilities.\n\n- Engineer and implement global infrastructure monitoring and performance-management solutions.\n\n- Embed cyber threat detection, prevention and security best practices into enterprise platforms.\n\n- Evaluate and deploy new security technologies to address current and emerging risks.\n\n- Manage and evolve monitoring and observability platforms.\n\n- Work with SIEM and security technologies including Splunk / Google SecOps.\n\n- Lead infrastructure and security technology projects across multiple teams.\n\n- Define standards for design, implementation, operation and monitoring.\n\n- Provide technical and strategic guidance to engineers and stakeholders.\n\n- Lead, mentor and develop team members.\n\n- Work closely with networking, infrastructure, business teams and external vendors.\n\n- Provide thought leadership on technology strategy and enterprise architecture.\n\nStrong match if you have :\n\n- 8 - 12 years of relevant technology experience.\n\n- Strong Windows / Linux / Unix systems administration background.\n\n- Enterprise monitoring and observability experience.\n\n- SNMP, Syslog, ICMP, WMI, Perfmon and related monitoring protocols.\n\n- Strong scripting / automation experience with Python, Perl, Shell, PowerShell, Java or similar.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Splunk or Google SecOps / SIEM.\n\n- Experience with Datadog, SCOM or comparable monitoring platforms.\n\n- Strong understanding of information security principles and infrastructure security.\n\n- Experience designing or securing internet-facing infrastructure.\n\n- Knowledge of DLP, DNS/DHCP and Load Balancing.\n\n- Strong understanding of TCP/IP.\n\n- Experience leading complex technical projects and senior technical resources.\n\n- Ability to communicate effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders.\n\nThis role is particularly suited to someone who can bridge:\n\n- Infrastructure Engineering + Cybersecurity + Observability + Automation.\n\n- You should be comfortable moving between systems, networks, monitoring platforms and security technologies rather than operating within only one technical silo.\n\nWork Shift :\n\n- EST US | 6:30 PM -
