This is an on-site role for someone who can write reliable, maintainable code, work well with others, and learn quickly.\nLocation: CodeConfig HQ, Dhaka\nWork type: On-site only\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and maintain production web applications using React, Redux, and RTK Query.\nIntegrate with backend APIs and manage client-side state efficiently\nWrite clean, testable, and reusable code that follows best practices\nCollaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product owners to ship features end-to-end\nParticipate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning\nHelp shape architecture and make pragmatic technical decisions\nRequirements\nStrong expertise in React and Redux, and hands-on experience with RTK Query\nSolid knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS\nExperience with API integration and managing client-side state\nComfortable working with version control, pull requests, and code reviews\nGood problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nProfessional communication skills and a collaborative mindset\nAbility to learn new tools and patterns quickly\nNice to Have\nExperience with TypeScript\nKnowledge of component libraries or design systems\nFamiliarity with testing libraries and front-end CI workflows\nExperience working on product teams or shipping SaaS features\nEducational Requirements\nWe do not require a specific degree or CGPA.
