ensure consistent and timely delivery of AI training data.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nLead reviewers and manage quality audit queues.\nReview annotated data and identify errors or inconsistencies.\nProvide clear feedback and guidance to reviewers.\nTrack quality scores and reviewer performance.\nTrain new reviewers and escalate recurring issues.\n\nKey Requirements\n3–5 years of overall professional experience.\nAt least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring reviewers.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.\nExcellent communication and feedback skills.\nExperience in QA, data annotation, data labeling, or AI training is preferred.\n\nWork Commitment\nFive working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.\nRemote
