instructions for AI coding agents.\nWrite working Python reference solutions that demonstrate the correct implementation.\nDevelop deterministic verifiers, pytest harnesses, and evaluation logic.\nReview AI-agent trajectories to identify where and why an agent failed.\nValidate whether solutions represent genuine fixes rather than superficial patches.\nRevise and improve scenarios based on structured quality-review feedback.\nEnsure environments are reproducible, offline, and technically reliable.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong hands-on Python development skills.\nExperience writing real software, including reference solutions and automated tests.\nStrong proficiency with Docker and containerised development environments.\nGood understanding of software security and vulnerabilities.\nAbility to distinguish robust technical fixes from superficial patches.\nStrong debugging and code-review skills.\nAbility to read AI-agent execution traces and diagnose failures.\nStrong analytical and adversarial problem-solving mindset.\nComfortable working independently on technically complex tasks.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nRLHF or AI evaluation experience.\nBenchmark or evaluation-environment authoring.\nAI coding-agent evaluation.\nRed teaming, AppSec, or penetration testing.\nCTF or security challenge experience.\nLinux and shell
