Experience with cloud technologies will also be advantageous.\nOur team practices agentic AI-assisted development using tools like GitHub Copilot Enterprise and Claude Code, combined with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and end-to-end testing with Playwright.\nYour skills and experience\nEssential dev skills:\nStrong .NET Core, C# and Web API\nStrong experience with Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly) or HTMX\nDatabase design and optimization (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)\nMicroservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)\nUnit and integration testing\nAPIs\nExperience working with AI-related technologies or integrations\nFamiliarity with agentic AI development workflows (e.g., using agents in GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Claude Code)\nIt would be helpful to have hands-on experience with DDD, BDD, TDD, and/or Playwright for end-to-end testing\nGood understanding of the Agile/Scrum development methodology\nPreferred dev skills:\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines\nKnowledge of authentication and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, Identity Server)\nPrior work in healthcare, logistics, or other regulated/operationally complex domains\nEssential soft skills:\nGood English communication skills, both verbal and written.
