They will oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates, and onboarding new employees. They will also coordinate the performance management cycle, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes, and work with managers to support employee development, recognize strong performance, and address performance concerns constructively.\nKey Responsibilities\nRecruiting\nSource, post, and optimize job openings on various platforms\nDesign and manage application and screening processes according to company policies\nExpand recruitment reach and improve candidate engagement\nScreening & Interviewing\nCollaborate with department managers to define role requirements\nConduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on established criteria\nOffer Management\nPresent job offers to successful candidates, detailing position terms, remuneration, and benefits\nPerformance Management\nCoordinate performance management processes, including goal-setting, reviews, and feedback\nSupport managers and employees throughout the performance cycle\nHelp identify development needs and support employee growth\nProcess Optimization\nExplore new platforms, tools, and strategies to enhance recruitment and performance processes\nDocument procedures and workflows in the relevant HR folders\nHR Management\nDevelop, structure, and document HR procedures aligned with company policies\nManage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires\nEmployee Relations\nOrganize three online team gatherings and one offline team event per year to foster engagement and a strong company culture\nAbout the Company\nCodekeeper was founded by tech industry professionals to revolutionize software escrow for the cloud era.
