Product Designer (UX & UI)

We are looking for a Product Designer with strong UX and UI skills who can own complex design problems, deliver end-to-end solutions, and collaborate effectively across teams. You’ll work with product partners, provide guidance when needed, and contribute to ad-hoc design initiatives.

Locations: Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hanoi.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work directly with clients to understand their ideas, challenges, and product needs, then turn them into thoughtful and user-friendly experiences.
• Design for a variety of products and industries, giving you the chance to explore different challenges, build diverse product experience, and grow your design portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other team members to bring your designs to life and create experiences that are both useful for users and valuable for the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates solid UX thinking, visual design skills, and understanding of accessibility.
• Strong experience designing web applications and responsive user interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern UI/UX design practices.
• Strong understanding of user flows, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and design systems.
• Ability to turn business and user requirements into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and usability.
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
• Experience with graphic design is a nice-to-have.
