They are looking for an experienced Debtors Controller to manage a client book end to end, from invoicing and statements through to collections, allocations and query resolution.\n\nThis role suits a credit controller who has worked in a large corporate environment and takes pride in a clean, well-managed book.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\n Manage an allocated debtors book, ensuring accounts are collected within agreed terms\n\n Send invoices, statements and supporting documents to clients on time\n\n Follow up on overdue accounts by phone and email, and escalate where needed\n\n Resolve client queries and disputes promptly and professionally\n\n Allocate receipts and reconcile client accounts accurately\n\n Monitor ageing, credit limits and account risk, and report on collections\n\n Assist with month-end debtors processes and reporting\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\n\n Minimum 5 years' debtors or credit control experience\n\n Experience in a large corporate environment is strongly preferred\n\n Proven track record of managing a debtors book and meeting collection targets\n\n Strong reconciliation, allocation and query resolution skills\n\n Good MS Excel and ERP/accounting system skills\n\n Matric essential; a finance qualification will be advantageous\n\n Cape Town based\n\nPackage & Remuneration\nUp to R26,000 per month (cost to company, depending on experience).\n\nPermanent, full-time role based in Cape Town, with a stable, established national organisation.\n\nInterested?\nIf you're an experienced debtors or credit controller with a corporate background, apply with your updated CV.\n\nFor more information, contact .\n\nPlease note: only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
