applications.\nTroubleshoot ServiceNow issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide technical solutions.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.\nFollow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain code quality.\nCollaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.\nSupport upgrades, deployments, testing, and production releases.\nApply ITIL principles while designing and implementing ITSM solutions.\n\nRequirements: \n6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.\nStrong experience in ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD.\nExcellent knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.\nStrong experience with Service Catalogue.\nHands-on experience with REST API integrations.\nStrong knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.\nGood understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.\nExperience in troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred: \nServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-HRSD.\nExperience with Flow Designer,
