You may be an early-career AE or a strong SDR ready for more responsibility. Work with commercial leadership and technical colleagues to turn customer problems into qualified opportunities and paid engagements. This is a full-time role onsite in Dallas, Monday-Friday.\nWhat you will do\nResearch target accounts and build pipeline through thoughtful email, calls, professional networks, and local events.\nRun discovery to understand the operational problem, business value, stakeholders, buying process, and deployment constraints.\nExplain private AI clearly without unsupported technical claims.\nWork with engineers on demonstrations, pilot scope, and proposals.\nOwn follow-up, CRM records, and deal progression; partner with leadership on complex negotiations.\nHelp shape our commercial playbook with customer feedback.\nYour first 90 days\nLearn our offering and customer use cases in month one. Establish consistent prospecting and lead supported discovery in month two. By month three, maintain a credible qualified pipeline with documented next steps and opportunities progressing toward scoped engagements.\nOur process\nApply with your CV and basic details.
