You will deliver fast, accessible, bilingual (Arabic/English) experiences on top of a well-modelled, secure data layer. This is an onsite role in Riyadh, open to all nationalities, requiring strong hands-on Appian experience with depth in UI and data modeling.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild responsive SAIL interfaces, sites, portals and reusable UI component libraries\nDeliver bilingual Arabic/English interfaces with RTL layouts and translation sets\nDesign record types, relationships, record actions and record-level security in Data Fabric\nUnify data from bank systems (core banking, CRM, data warehouse) through synced and non-synced record types\nBuild dashboards and reports for operations, management and compliance users\nTune interface and query performance: local variables, paging, sync strategies and query efficiency\nApply accessibility (WCAG) and bank UX/branding standards\nImplement data masking and row-level security for customer data in line with PDPL\nRequirements\n10+ years of total experience, including 6+ years of hands-on Appian development\nAppian Certified Senior Developer (mandatory)\nNotice period of 1 month, or immediate joiners preferred\nMust Haves\nExpert in SAIL, interface design patterns and Appian Portals/Sites\nStrong Appian Data Fabric skills: record types, sync, relationships, custom record fields and record-level security\nData modeling and SQL (views, indexes, stored procedures)\nEye for UX, with experience working alongside UX/UI designers\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills\nNice to Have\nExperience with Appian AI features (AI Skills, document extraction, AI Copilot)\nAppian Component Plug-ins (React/JavaScript)\nFigma familiarity\nCustomer-facing portal experience in banking\nBenefits\nWhy Join Us\nShape how bank staff and customers experience a leading bank in KSA, building bilingual interfaces and the data foundation that powers its core Appian applications.\nDisclaimer\nThis job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the role.
