This is an onsite role, open to all nationalities, for a 6-month contract (extendable), requiring strong hands-on IBM BAW/BPM experience within a banking or financial-services environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and configure end-to-end business process workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / IBM BPM\nModel business processes using BPMN 2.0, including human tasks, coaches, business rules, and process routing\nIntegrate BAW applications with core banking systems and enterprise services via REST/SOAP web services\nConfigure and maintain process applications, toolkits, and shared services on WebSphere/Liberty environments\nPartner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into workflow designs\nPerform unit testing, system integration testing, defect resolution, and performance tuning of workflow applications\nSupport UAT, deployment, and go-live activities, including environment promotion across DEV/SIT/UAT/PROD\nProvide production support, root-cause analysis, and resolution for workflow-related incidents\nPrepare and maintain technical design documents, process specifications, and deployment guides\nRequirements\nRequirements\n5+ years in BPM/workflow development, with hands-on IBM BAW experience\nPrior experience delivering BPM solutions within a bank or financial institution (mandatory)\nNotice period of 1 month, or immediate joiners preferred\nMust Haves\n5+ years of hands-on development experience with IBM BAW or IBM BPM\nStrong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, Process Designer, Business Process Center, and Process Portal\nExperience with Business Rules (ODM), coaches, human services, and case management\nProficiency in Java, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP web service integration\nWorking knowledge of WebSphere Application Server/Liberty and relational databases (SQL)\nPrior experience on banking or financial-services workflow implementations\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills\nNice to Have\nExperience with Appian or other BPM/low-code platforms\nExposure to IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology\nIBM BAW certification\nWhy Join Us\nWork on high-impact, enterprise-scale automation for a leading bank in KSA, with exposure to complex core-banking integrations and end-to-end delivery ownership - from design through go-live and production support.\nDisclaimer\nThis job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the role.
