Reports to the Transformation Office; sits in the domain leadership team.\nKey Responsibilities\nChair the domain scrum of scrums and represent the domain in the cross-domain forum, driving blockers and actions to closure.\nOversee domain prioritization - challenge new demand, arbitrate trade-offs, keep the backlog ranked on value and capacity.\nProvide end-to-end QBR support: data pack, narrative, prioritization case, capacity plan and dependency map.\nEnsure adherence to QBR outcomes - translate decisions into roadmap, OKRs and squad backlogs and track them through the quarter.\nTrack delivery of the domain's strategic projects against the committed roadmap - milestones, dependencies, spend and benefits.\nReport delivery drift early, with root cause, impact on QBR commitments and a recovery plan.\nOrchestrate cross-domain collaboration on shared platforms, data, sequencing and shared squads.\nEnforce Transformation Office governance and reporting standards as the single source of truth.\nEscalate unresolved conflicts, capacity shortfalls and slippage.\nRequirements\nExperience\n10+ years in transformation delivery, strategic project or portfolio management, or agile-at-scale program leadership.\nTrack record of running governance cadences - scrum of scrums, quarterly planning - across multiple squads.\nExperience preparing and presenting quarterly business reviews to executive forums.\nProven ability to resolve cross-functional dependencies and challenge senior stakeholders.\nKnowledge\nEnterprise transformation operating model and the domain delivery model.\nAgile-at-scale governance, scrum of scrums, QBR, and roadmaps.\nStrategic project and portfolio tracking - milestones, spend, benefits.\nDelivery metrics and tooling - Jira / Azure DevOps, throughput, burn-up.\nEducation & Certifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, information technology or a related field.\nAgile-at-scale certification preferred - SAFe (RTE / SPC), agile coaching, PMP / PgMP.\nBenefits\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.\nOpportunity to work on enterprise-scale technology and digital transformation projects.\nExposure to AI, data, and emerging technology environments.\nProfessional growth and learning opportunities.\nCollaborative and technically driven work environment.\nOpportunity to work with experienced technology and consulting professionals.\nDisclaimer\nThis job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the role and is not exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills, or qualifications required.
