Faculty at partner universities teach CodePath courses, often for credit, using our curriculum, our platform, and our support. As AI changes what a computer science degree has to deliver, universities need a partner that helps their faculty teach AI-native software engineering.\nThe Product Lead, CodePath EDU owns the products faculty and administrators use to do that. The current vision is a comprehensive offering that helps instructors deliver the most effective computer science courses.\nToday, our growth comes primarily from student word of mouth. The goal for CodePath EDU is for faculty to drive deeper institutional adoption: solve a faculty need, grow adoption across the department, and create the case for an institution-wide partnership.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the CodePath EDU product end-to-end\nTalk with faculty and administrators every week, and turn what you learn into a prioritized roadmap tied to adoption, retention, and growth\nTake our LMS integrations with key higher education tools like Canvas and Blackboard to maturity\nUse AI across your entire workflow to compress weeks into days: prototypes, requirements, evals for the AI features you ship, and your own analysis of usage data\nPartner with Higher Education Partnerships on what each campus needs to adopt, expand, and move to a deeper partnership, and give that team the product evidence they bring to university leaders\nDefine the metrics that prove the product works at scale, including active instructors, semester-over-semester instructor retention, students reached through partner faculty, and hours saved per instructor\nSet a high bar for design quality, because faculty adopt tools that feel simple on the first try\nWho you are\nYou are a builder who has taken a product from 0-to-1 and then made it work at scale, and you have done it in more than one kind of environment.
