If you want to build something new, take ownership, and see the results of your work, this is a place to do it.\nAbout the Role\nLocation: Remote (U.S.)\nRole Type: Full-Time\nReports To: Director, Early Talent, Claude Corps\nManages: Claude Corps screeners\nCompensation: $110,000 to $150,000\nAbout Claude Corps\nClaude Corps is a fellowship that places early-career talent in nonprofits, government agencies, and public-interest organizations to build AI solutions those organizations can continue using after the fellowship ends. It is a partnership between Anthropic, CodePath, and Social Finance. Fellows are full-time employees for a one-year term.\nEach cohort is larger than the last, and every candidate deserves a process that feels organized, responsive, and human. That’s where you come in.\nYou’ll lead the Claude Corps screener team day to day. You make sure applications are reviewed, screens are completed, and every candidate decision is documented on time.\nThe Director sets recruiting strategy and cohort hiring goals. You turn those goals into weekly targets, plan staffing, and manage the team’s work. This is a hands-on management role. You train and coach screeners, review their work, and keep selection standards consistent as volume grows. You work closely with the Director, the recruiting coordinator, and the Claude Corps program team.\nKey Activities\nRun screening delivery\nTurn cohort hiring goals into weekly review and screening targets with the Director\nAssign work based on volume, deadlines, and screener availability\nTrack outstanding reviews, screens, and decisions, and flag staffing gaps early\nDeliver a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to final-round interviews\nMaintain clear selection standards\nTrain screeners on the program’s eligibility requirements, interview questions, and evaluation criteria\nMake sure every decision has a completed scorecard with clear evidence\nReview decisions regularly for consistency across screeners, and resolve unclear guidance\nUse candidate and final-round results to sharpen screening guidance and questions\nBuild and lead the screener team\nHire and train screeners as cohort needs grow\nSet clear expectations for output, decision quality, documentation, and candidate communication\nCoach screeners with regular feedback and address performance issues directly\nRun weekly team meetings and keep the screener guide and process instructions current\nRun the operation\nKeep Greenhouse reviews, stages, and scorecards complete and accurate\nGive the Director weekly results, explain what’s driving changes, and recommend actions\nPlan screening capacity ahead of application surges and share what results show about where more qualified applicants are needed\nUse AI and automation to cut repetitive administrative work, and train screeners to check the quality of what it produces\nKeep people responsible for evaluating candidates and making selection decisions\nKey Success Metrics\nWeekly delivery: Application reviews and screens meet agreed targets, and delays and staffing gaps are flagged early\nSelection quality: Screeners apply criteria consistently, with clear evidence in every scorecard\nScreener readiness: New screeners are trained in time for cohort needs and meet the team’s standards\nAccurate reporting: The Director gets reliable weekly numbers with context and recommended actions\nTeam performance: Screeners get regular feedback, and performance issues are addressed promptly\nQualifications\nYou have at least five (5) years of recruiting experience, including managing recruiters or screeners in a high-volume or early-talent hiring program\nYou have managed a team’s workload, output, and quality using weekly targets and reporting\nYou have trained people to apply consistent selection standards and can explain how you checked their decisions\nYou have coached team members and addressed performance issues directly\nYou have personally reviewed applications and conducted structured candidate screens at volume\nYou can manage candidate stages, scorecards, and reports in an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse experience is preferred)\nYou use AI in your work and can describe a process you improved or automated\nYou can build clear processes while a program is still developing and adjust them as needed\nFull-Time Employee Benefits\nThis is a 100% remote position-work from anywhere in the U.S.!
