You’ll work side by side with engineers, buyers, and internal partners to remove friction and move complex deals forward.\nWhat you’ll do here\nBuild and close a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts with large engineering organizations\n\nGenerate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads\n\nLead compelling demos that differentiate Coder, and communicate our value with clarity and conviction\n\nCollaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver a thorough technical evaluation\n\nPartner with decision-makers and technical stakeholders throughout the sales cycle\n\nTravel as needed to support deals and customer relationships\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n5+ years of enterprise software sales, 3+ years selling into Fortune 500 / Global 2000\n\nA record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long cycles and security/procurement reviews\n\nFluency in DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud, platform engineering, and developer tools. Enough to run a credible first demo and talk with engineers as a peer.\n\nExperience selling to technical buyers (engineering, platform, security leaders) and economic buyers\n\nStrong at outbound and pipeline building, not reliant on inbound\n\nWorks well with Sales Engineers on technical evaluations and pilots\n\nCan build an ROI/risk business case and connect it to an executive initiative\n\nConsistently exceeds quota\n\nAbility to travel up to 15%\n\nBonus tacos if you have\n(Tacos?
