You'll also help identify improvements that make hiring a better experience for everyone.\nThis position is slated as contract-to-hire, and we’re looking for someone who is able to join us in our Austin office occasionally.\nWhat you’ll do here\nCoordinate virtual and in-person interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved\n\nThoroughly document interview processes, interviewer roles, and other relevant details to help better prepare candidates and interviewers\n\nProactively identify opportunities to streamline coordination and improve the candidate and hiring team experience\n\nGenerally support day-to-day recruiting operations\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n1+ year(s) of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, administrative support, or another similar role\n\nStrong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities\n\nClear and friendly communication, both written and verbal\n\nA candidate-first mindset and genuine interest in creating a positive experience for everyone involved in hiring\n\nExperience using AI, an Applicant Tracking System (Ashby, Greenhouse, etc.), and standard web-based tools (Google Workspace or similar)\n\nBonus tacos if you have\n(Tacos?
