You’ll keep our programs compliant and consistent across regions, advise on local requirements, and make sure our people feel supported at every stage.\nThis is a build role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape a global benefits function from the ground up.\nResponsibilities \nEOR-to-Entity and PEO Transitions\nLead the benefits workstream for moving countries from EORs to owned entities, partnering with Legal, Finance, and Payroll on plan establishment, statutory enrollments, and employee transition communications\n\nLead the evaluation, vendor selection, and migration from our PEO to direct US benefits administration, including carriers, brokers, payroll and HRIS integration, and open enrollment readiness\n\nManage EOR relationships and employees under EORs\n\nOperations and Escalation\nOwn benefits operations across enrollment, renewals, mid-year changes, and offboarding, with clear SLAs and reliable issue resolution\n\nServe as the escalation point and advisor for complex benefits, leave of absence, and time off cases, partnering with Legal and brokers as needed\n\nAdminister leave policies (parental, medical, disability) and coordinate them across jurisdictions\n\nEnsure benefits information is accurate, current, and consistent across the HRIS, benefits portal, intranet, and handbooks\n\nDesign and improve benefits processes and policies so they are clear, scalable, and well documented\n\nCompliance\nEnsure compliance with local benefits, insurance, and social security regulations in every operating jurisdiction, adapting practices as rules evolve\n\nManage US federal and state compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, Form 5500, nondiscrimination testing, state leave and benefits requirements) and Canadian federal and provincial requirements\n\nFlag emerging risks and partner with Legal and outside counsel on country-specific questions\n\nWhat You Bring\nRequired\n5+ years of benefits experience\n\nExperience managing benefits in a hypergrowth or new-market-entry environment\n\nStrong working knowledge of US benefits (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, 401(k))\n\nWorking knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC benefits and statutory requirements, with sound judgment on when to bring in local counsel or advisors\n\nExperience with PEOs and EORs\n\nExperience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms\nOur Values\n\nCollaborative Humans -
