We build the symbiotic partnership between developers and AI that makes shipping fast software safe again, reviewing every pull request, IDE change, and CLI commit so teams can move quickly without breaking things.\nWe are a fast-moving, well-funded company, fresh off a $143M Series C at a $1.5B valuation - building Agentic Change Management, the control layer for software changes created by humans and agents. As AI writes more of the world's code, the bottleneck moves from implementation to judgment and helping human judgment scale is exactly the problem we exist to solve.\nLocation: San Francisco, Boston or Austin\nAbout the team\nCodeRabbit is the AI code review platform. Development teams install it on their repositories and it reviews every pull request, so it sits in the daily workflow of a large and fast-growing customer base. The Scaled Success team is responsible for the health of that base, and works alongside a program manager, a content and enablement specialist and a success analytics engineer. The pooled customer success team is new within it, and this is one of its first roles.\nThe role\nYou work a shared queue of customer accounts. Work arrives when a signal fires: onboarding has stalled, nothing has been configured, the only active user has gone quiet, a renewal is approaching, a cancellation has been started, or a team is using fewer seats than it has bought. You pick the case up, find out what is going on, get the customer configured and back to work, and close it out with a record the next person can read.\nWhat you learn from the customers you work with feeds the playbooks, the automated campaigns and the triggers themselves. You work with the pooled team, the Content and Enablement Specialist, and the account executive who works expansion in the scaled lanes.\nFew customer success teams run this way yet. You will learn how to move an account from default settings to a configured, renewing customer in a handful of conversations, and how to tell from the data which accounts need a person at all.\nWhat you'll own\nThe queue: pick up triggered accounts, respond within the team's standard, and resolve or route each one\n\nConfiguration: take customers from default settings to a setup that fits their repositories, including Path Instructions, Learnings, pre-merge checks, IDE and CLI, and MCP\n\nSaves: work cancellation and non-renewal signals, understand the reason, fix what can be fixed, and record what cannot\n\nRenewals: run the renewal conversation where the signals say one is needed\n\nThe expansion hand-off: when you see seat headroom or a buying signal, qualify it and pass it to the account executive with the context they need\n\nPlaybook feedback: every case the playbook did not cover becomes a note, and patterns across those notes become new content, a new trigger, or new automation\n\nCase records: notes clean enough that anyone on the queue can pick up where you left off\n\nYour first quarter\nComplete product onboarding and work your first cases alongside the team\n\nWork the queue at the team's response standard\n\nDocument the first ten cases where the playbook was missing or wrong, and propose the fix for each\n\nContribute to the team's first readout: cases by trigger, resolution, and configuration movement on the accounts you touched\n\nWhat you'll bring\n2+ years in customer success, technical support or solutions for a developer-facing product\n\nYou have worked a ticket queue or a shared inbox at volume and kept quality up\n\nYou write clearly in tickets, email and documentation\n\nYou want to know why a customer left, and you record it every time\n\nYou are comfortable on a team where the playbook is still being written\n\nNice to have\nYou can read a YAML configuration file, open a pull request, run a CLI, and talk to an engineer about their workflow without a script\n\nYou have used CodeRabbit or another AI code review tool\n\nWorking knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub or GitLab workflows\n\nExperience with Pylon, Customer.io or a similar success or support platform\n\nFamiliar with AI tooling and examples of you using it in similar roles\n\nHow we work\nThe team runs on measured results. Campaigns ship with control groups, numbers are labeled by source, and every report traces to rules anyone can audit.","description_format":"text","description_chars":4462,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Code Intelligence","AI Development Tools"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-16T21:05:27Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"US","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"H-1B filings in 12 months: 10","filings_12m":10,"filings_prev_12m":4,"green_card_filings_12m":0,"median_offered_wage_usd":230500,"route":null,"cap_exempt":false,"checked_at":"2026-10-15T11:24:14+00:00","sources":["US Department of Labor: LCA disclosure data (H-1B, H-1B1, E-3)"],"filings_for_role_12m":0}],"liveness":{"score":90,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.903,"p_room":1,"age_days":5,"expected_fill_days":113,"reasons":["conf:2","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-22T06:10:10Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":150000,"is_top_pay":true},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/coderabbit-pooled-customer-success-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/coderabbit-pooled-customer-success-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-22T09:41:42Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":6562,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-23T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":35010},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=35010"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fcoderabbit-pooled-customer-success-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fcoderabbit-pooled-customer-success-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fcoderabbit-pooled-customer-success-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/coderabbit-pooled-customer-success-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fcoderabbit-pooled-customer-success-manager"}]}
